Tomorrow at 11:00:01 I will be an 8th grader. That means only 5 more years an I will have graduated high school and be off to college. I'm really excited but I will miss my 7th grade years.
On my "Know Your School Day" I wore a floral skirt from Justice and a purple top that said NY Surf Champs. I wore my black and purple converde, I thought I looked so cool.
I learned where all my classes were and how to open my locker. This year I had a bottom locker it was right beneth Nicks. That would have been ok, except for the fact that Nick and I went to the same school in 4th grade a move or so ago. He thought it wiuld be funny on the first day to drop his algebra book on me!
Turns out Avairy's locker dosen't open so she was assigned the locker right next to me. Which worked out fine because we tended to use each others locker when we were to lazy to open ours ourselves. A few times she hit me in the face with her locker but thats ok.
Cheerleading. Arguably a sport I think of it as a skill for a lack of a better term. It looks like girls in skirts being peppy and super over dramatic, which it is in retrospect. But to me it was the start of friendship. Me and my now best friends Maddi, Kat, and Nicole all tried out without properly knowing each other.
I met Nicole at the cheer prep camp. We were in the same "gruop". Her sister was a cheerleader on the squad a year before. Nicole is amazing and always has a smile on her face no matter what. Nicole also gives the best advice of the four of us. I loved getting to cheer with Nicole!
Katie (Kat) and I are/were in the same advisory class. We both have/had the music teacher as our advisory teacher . (I think my advisory teacher hates me!) Kat and I have a ball laughing! We laugh at EVERYTHING! Thank you Kat!
Maddi and I have a funny friendship.See...we kinda "dated "the same guy last year. He broke-up with her to go out with me. Let's just say she HATED me last year. Well funny thing is now we are best friends! Haha! Funny how things work out huh. She also did cheer with me! Or shall I say I did cheer with her?!?
The 1st dance was fun! I had my first Junior High Dance and my first dance with a guy. But we weren't dating, so don't get to excited yet.
The time flew by and soon wnough we are at the winter formal. I had a bit of a dress delema because one of my friends bought the SAME EXACT dress as me. So I got upset and cslled my aunt, turns out she had an awesome dress that I could wear! It wa s Black and Blue and Sparkly!!! I love my aunt! She is a life saver!
